• Prepare and issue invoices, memos, and monthly statements
• Maintain accurate customer files and billing records
• Compile and record billing information and transactions
• Research and resolve discrepancies between shipping and billing records
• Provide professional customer service
• Use billing software, computers, and office equipment

• 1+ year of billing experience preferred
• High school diploma or college education preferred, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and basic math/financial skills
• Computer and billing software experience a plus
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to
  20 lbs.and perform repetitive office tasks
