    Qualifications

    POSITION SUMMARY:
    • Provides administrative assistance to CEO, CFO, COO, CNO, Medical Director, Business Development Director, Physicians, and other hospital staff as needed.
    • Oversees specific administrative and compliance activities impacting hospital services including contracts and other duties as assigned.
    QUALIFICATIONS:

    Education/Training:

    High school graduate:
    Associate degree in business administration preferred.

    Experience:

    Five years' experience as an administrative assistant. Experience in the healthcare setting preferred.

    Licensure/Certification :

    None required.

    • Minimum typing speed of 60 wpd.
    • Ability to transcribe minutes of meetings.
    • Effective oral and written communication skills in the English language.
    • Ability to follow written and oral instructions, work independently and productively with minimum supervision.
    • Detail-oriented and able to multi-task and prioritize.
    • Flexible, team-oriented, and customer service oriented.
    • Excellent organizational skills.
