Primary FunctionThe Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting daily office operations through a combination of administrative, clerical, and organizational tasks. This position plays a key role in maintaining office efficiency, streamlining business processes, and supporting staff, clients, and visitors. Additional responsibilities may include customer engagement, billing support, and coordination of office initiatives.
Responsibilities- Organize and coordinate office operations and procedures
- Establish and implement office procedures and best practices
- Maintain the general upkeep and organization of the office
- Conduct routine checks to ensure safety and security standards are met
- Address general office issues and resolve simple operational concerns
- Coordinate with appropriate vendors or personnel for more complex issues
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, visitors, and customers
- Support and coordinate activities for staff as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field preferred
- Experience working in a professional office environment
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business technologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
- Ability to remain seated and work at a computer for extended periods
- Positive attitude with a proactive and enthusiastic approach
