Descriptionof Work
This position works as a member of the Standards Management Department to provide administrative support in the areas of data entry, tracking of audit submissions, schedule coordination, documentation of meeting minutes and survey preparation activities. One of the main duties of this position is to ensure that direct care staff hours and resident census data are accurately reported to CMS in accordance with the Payroll Based Journal Policy Manual.
Tasks include data entry of daily work hours, data entry of monthly census data and submission of data files to CMS.

Longleaf Neuro-Medical Treatment Center (LNMTC), located in Wilson, NC, is a state-operated certified Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). With a staff of about 520, LNMTC provides support to approximately 200 residents with complex medical needs and/or co-existing neuro-cognitive disorders.
Recruitment Range: $39,244 to $68,679
