Office Administrator/ Coordinator
Location: Raleigh/Wake Forest, North Carolina (In-Office)
Schedule: Part-Time, Seasonal (20-25 hrs/week); $15.00/hour

A partner firm of Elevate located in Wake Forest, North Carolina is seeking a seasonal Administrative & Operational Assistant to support its tax preparation team during the busy tax season. This role works closely with tax preparers to manage client tax data and documentation throughout the return process, ensuring the timely and accurate flow of information and well-organized electronic and physical filing systems.
Key Responsibilities- Organize, transfer, and manage client tax data using internal systems.
- Scan, index, and maintain digital and physical tax documents for preparers.
- Coordinate document pickup and drop-off between firm locations.
- Monitor the client portal and notify preparers of incoming or missing information.
- Track tax return status and deadlines using internal tracking tools or spreadsheets.
- Provide general administrative support, including responding to basic inquiries and preparing authorization forms.
- Proficiency in Excel required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential client information with professionalism.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience with Aiwyn software required.
