HEALTHCARE CLAIMS ASSISTANT II

Solve real-world challenges that impact the front lines of public health, life science, and clinical research initiatives as a Healthcare Claims Assistant II 'll support the mission and grow with it, building a meaningful career in health.

• Support clinically licensed review staff by preparing orthodontic cases for review timely and accurately.
• Collaborate with team lead, supervisor, orthodontic review staff, and other prior approval team members.
• Drive timely and accurate reviews and decisions on orthodontic cases and success meeting our contractual service level agreements.

• Education:
  
  High School Diploma/GED
• Experience:
  
  1+ years of related experience
• Technical skills:
• Dental/Orthodontic o ffi ce experience a plus
• Medicaid/NCTracks experience a plus
• MS O ffi ce pro fi cient - particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Problem solving skills
• Data Entry experience
  
  Superior organizational work fl ow skills (ability to work through large volumes quickly while staying organized)

The likely hourly rate for this position is between $18.70 - $25.30. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
