BMW of Raleigh currently has an opportunity for a Service Porter to join our team.
Our Service Porter is responsible for keeping inventory neat and well maintained, by also keeping the vehicles in proper places. Service Porters provide support to Sales or Service departments in maintaining all vehicles condition under the dealership’s care and ensure all vehicle pathways maintain proper flow.
- Meet and Greet clients in the service drive
- Tag incoming vehicles for proper tracking throughout the day
- Park vehicles after advisor check in, pull vehicles down after vehicle completion when client arrives
- Keep the service drive neat and clean and traffic moving efficiently
- Get vehicles to/from wash as needed
- Keep track of completed waiting vehicles from wash to be pulled down in a timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, directing them to appropriate personnel, and ensuring their satisfaction
- Ensure the safety and security of vehicles, equipment, and premises, reporting any issues or concerns to management immediately
- Other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Current valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record, no blemishes
