We're looking for motivated, dependable Express Technician / Lube Technician to join our high-performing service team. If you're ready to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with real growth potential, this could be the opportunity for you.
What You'll Do:
- Perform basic maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and battery testing
- Conduct vehicle inspections for maintenance and safety concerns
- Communicate clearly with service advisors and fellow technicians
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Assist with light repairs as directed by senior technicians
- Previous automotive experience preferred, but not required - we're willing to train the right candidate
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Positive attitude and a desire to grow in the automotive industry
- Valid driver's license required
- Must be able to pass a background check and initial drug screening
- Competitive hourly pay with opportunities for performance-based bonuses
- $300 monthly vehicle allowance
