Here's what you'd do:

• Supports the Project Manager External in clarifying customer requirements and specifications, during the request for proposal (RFP) and proposal.
• Designs and develops technical specifications, timelines, milestones, and budgets for the project.
• Coordinates resources, monitors, and regularly reports progress and milestones to all stakeholders.
• Negotiates or contributes to negotiations with suppliers and vendors.
• Responsible for meeting all project milestones and technical objectives.
• Monitors the budget adherence and may take actions to minimize non-conformance costs.
• Checks project results, designs the respective test procedures, and monitors test results.
• Ensures proper documentation of project results and all delivered products or technologies.
• Adheres to PM standards, defines, manages, and coordinates all temporarily assigned project staff.
• Financial performance and business risk expected: low.
• Budget responsibility for project results: below 1 M EUR p.a.
• Process Improvement Projects (small to medium).
• Facilitates the execution of the project/program solution plan for clearly defined sub-projects or sub-programs.
• Responsible for the delivery of results for the respective process steps.
• May guide technical or administrative staff.
• Acts as a functional process resource on projects or programs.
• Contributes to the continuous improvement plan.
• May perform an active role in maintaining functionally focused client relationships.
• Responsibility for several small projects.
• Higher level:
  Primarily intra-organizational contacts; external contacts occur in the frame of client projects.
• Lower level:
  Primarily intra-organizational contacts.
• Most often, partly accountable for planning and accomplishing (parts of) project - based assignments.
• Manages small projects of varying complexity.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 1 year of project management experience, particularly in managing small projects of low complexity or higher.
