Support the implementation, adoption, and ongoing execution of the QHP Management System across portfolio companies. This role supports the value creation team to ensure the QHP Management System tools are used correctly, kept current, and used with rigor, allowing senior leaders to focus on decisions, execution, and results.
Key Responsibilities- Management System Offsite Support
- Support Management System rollouts across portfolio companies
- Prepare, keep up to date, and organize off-site materials and outputs
- Attend off-site meetings and oversee/ensure accurate documentation
- Tracking Sheets & A3 Rigor
- Review tracking sheets for accuracy and completeness
- Perform quality checks on A3 problem statements, root causes, and actions
- Operating Committee Support
- Capture OC summaries including decisions, actions, and follow-up items
- Organize and send OC meeting evaluations and CEO Notes to internal team and portfolio company leaders
- Support onboarding and usage of the Untap platform
- Coordinate efforts between Portfolio Company, QHP, and Untap
- Troubleshoot basic platform issues
- Training & Coordination
- Support Management System training and adoption tracking
- Organize and support onboarding for off-cycle executive hires
- Participate in site visits and select meetings as needed/requested
- Strong analytical and structured thinking
- High attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfort working with metrics and dashboards
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Low ego, high standards, coachable mindset
