The Role
You will lead a global team of managers responsible for all accounts and business development activities. You will direct revenue‑generating team performance, retention, and new business creation, and shape regional strategy that supports and directs the company’s go‑to‑market vision.
Responsibilities- Hire, develop, and lead a global sales organization within a heavily matrixed and collaborative organization.
- Retain best‑in‑class sales team through thoughtful organization design and a positive, collaborative team culture.
- Design and develop customer engagement processes adopted by the customer sales organization.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to identify opportunities, define and execute a successful go‑to‑market approach.
- Manage sales forecasting process and report on the pipeline and progress toward goals and KPIs.
- Partner with product, segment and marketing leadership on sales enablement content and tools.
- Serve as a brand champion in market and develop a deep understanding of the competitor landscape.
- Incorporate customer feedback and market learning into new product development.
- Promote and sell a portfolio of technical and/or nontechnical products and/or services and solutions directly to current and new end customers.
- Inform customers of new product/service introductions and prices.
- Create, monitor and revise lead generation plans to ensure a substantive sales opportunity pipeline.
- Execute functional business plans and contribute to the development of functional strategy.
- Make decisions guided by divisional strategy and priorities.
- Demonstrate impressive sales leadership and management experience within SaaS organizations and proven ability to develop talent.
- Have experience driving adoption of an emerging B2B platform (DaaS) in a constantly changing environment.
- Be data and metrics driven with experience analyzing markets and trends to identify opportunities for development.
- Have a strategic approach, meticulous attention to detail, and solid organization and prioritization skills.
- Have experience in selling and gaining buy‑in from senior‑level leadership at large accounts.
- Display successful experience driving adoption of a sales methodology.
- Be an extremely great collaborator and communicator.
- Functional Knowledge:
