The Associate Business Strategist supports the organization’s strategic planning, business operations, and execution of key initiatives. This role is ideal for a recent master’s graduate who brings strong analytical skills, structured thinking, and a desire to help drive business performance. The strategist will assist in managing programs and projects, driving and tracking enterprise and org
-level OKRs, and supporting operational reviews to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
** Key Responsibilities*
* • Support development and execution of business strategies, operational plans, and organizational priorities.  
• Assist in developing business cases, financial models, and presentations for leadership discussions.  
• Coordinate and support cross functional OKRs from planning through execution; maintaining the project plans, tracking on cross-organization dependencies, and highlighting risk factors.

• Partner with organizational leader to assist in facilitation and stakeholder communication for assigned Operating Cabinets; assisting with meeting preparation and pre-read materials, status tracking, and follow through on action items.  
• Track, consolidate, and report progress on business level Objectives and Key Results (OKRs); providing routing status updates operating cabinets and senior leadership.

• Support quarterly and monthly business reviews by preparing reports, summaries, and recommendations.  
• Help drive alignment across teams by ensuring that goals, timelines, and deliverables are well defined and communicated.

** Qualifications
* *** Required*
* • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Analytics, Economics, or a related field.  
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills.  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.  
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and basic project management tools.  
** Preferred*
* • Internship or academic project experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or project management.  
• Familiarity with OKR frameworks and business performance tracking.  
• Experience with collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, Planner, Asana, or similar).  
• Experience with delivering clear presentations and results to internal stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
