As a Contract Administrator, you will be part of the procurement and legal support team, working collaboratively to ensure the integrity and clarity of vendor contracts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team environment, aligning successfully with the organization’s goals.

Pay Range: $45.00
What’s the Job?- Review over 200 vendor and supplier contracts, documenting key data points in an MS Excel spreadsheet
- Analyze contract terms, renewal cycles, termination provisions, and their impact on project sequencing, cost, risk, and timing
- Collaborate with sourcing, legal, and multiple business units to validate and finalize contract details
- Identify and document contract start and end dates, auto-renewal provisions, termination rights, and penalties
- Create standardized contract summaries enabling efficient filtering by critical contract attributes
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field
- 10 years of experience in contract administration, preferably within financial industries
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and contract repository systems such as Conga
- High attention to detail with accuracy in reviewing complex legal and business documents
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement
