- You analyze monthly forecast performance on customer and material level and derive actionable insights.
- You collect, clarify and integrate demand‑relevant inputs from Distribution Partner Management and other key stakeholders.
- You evaluate system‑generated statistical forecasts and identify, apply and track necessary adjustments in demand planning system Anaplan.
- You create accurate sell‑in demand forecasts by leveraging sell‑out data, inventory, ordering patterns and logistical constraints.
- You lead monthly demand review meetings with distribution partners and affiliates to validate assumptions, discuss demand drivers and align on risks and opportunities.
- You monitor ordering behavior to ensure sales orders are aligned with the forecast throughout the four‑month frozen period.
- You maintain and update demand planning master data such as customers, materials, price settings, launch dates and successor/predecessor relations.
- You train and support stakeholders in the S&OP process and Anaplan, ensuring adherence to global demand planning standards.
- You develop and maintain performance reports to track and improve forecast accuracy on customer and material level.
- You drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process, system and communication enhancements and ensuring their implementation.
- You have +2 years of experience in supply chain-oriented roles, ideally including demand or supply planning, in a multinational company.
- You demonstrate strong analytical skills and work in a structured, solution‑oriented manner.
- You bring advanced Microsoft 365 skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and ideally have experience with SAP (MM/SD) as well as the demand planning system Anaplan.
- You are able to work independently in a dynamic environment and manage your time and workload efficiently.
- You have a proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders and to build trusted relationships.
- You communicate and present confidently in German and English, both verbally and in writing.
- You are a team player with a hands‑on mentality and a strong customer and business orientation.
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a comparable field.
