Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a critical member of the diligence team, partnering closely with Corporate Development and growth leadership.
Act as the primary growth liaison among various Cherry Bekaert growth teams.
Develop and implement a standardized growth strategy template, complete with milestones for 60, 90, and 180+ days.
Conduct comprehensive SWOT analyses of target firms using third-party growth diligence reports.
Engage directly with leaders in our Audit & Tax services to gain insights into the market approaches of target firms.
Collaborate with Advisory Leaders to identify and execute 2-3 high-potential cross-sell advisory opportunities.
Forecast organic growth and cross-sell metrics with Corporate Development leadership.
Lead execution of growth strategies following acquisitions, especially during the initial 12-18 months.
Work with the Growth Operations team to ensure effective data migration and measurable outcomes.
Track pipeline performance, wins, and cross-sell saturation in cooperation with the Growth team.
Coordinate with industry leaders to ensure swift integration of new personnel within the first 30 days.
Create and present monthly milestone reports to track progress.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
At least 10 years of experience in a growth-focused role with a proven track record of driving acquisition strategies.
Experience in the professional services industry or similar sectors emphasizing skilled talent.
Demonstrated leadership skills and a capacity to drive strategic growth initiatives.
Strong analytical abilities to interpret market data and trends.
Proficient in cross-functional collaboration and influencing stakeholders without formal authority.
Excellent communication abilities for engaging with stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Cherry Bekaert values its employees and offers competitive compensation that reflects individual contributions. The salary range for this position is $138,000 to $200,000, dependent on factors such as experience, education, and location.
