As a Contract Administrator, you will be part of the procurement and legal support team, working collaboratively to ensure the integrity and clarity of vendor contracts. What's the Job?- Review over 200 vendor and supplier contracts, documenting key data points in an MS Excel spreadsheet
- Analyze contract terms, renewal cycles, termination provisions, and their impact on project sequencing, cost, risk, and timing
- Collaborate with sourcing, legal, and multiple business units to validate and finalize contract details
- Identify and document contract start and end dates, auto-renewal provisions, termination rights, and penalties
- Create standardized contract summaries enabling efficient filtering by critical contract attributes
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field
- 10 years of experience in contract administration, preferably within financial industries
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and contract repository systems such as Conga
- High attention to detail with accuracy in reviewing complex legal and business documents
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement
- Opportunity to work on a critical workstream supporting vendor management and contract analysis
