What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Lead Business Operations support functions, ensuring accuracy and operational discipline across the account
  • Own end-to-end People Data workflows, ensuring roster accuracy and organizational data integrity
  • Build and maintain Smartsheet solutions to enable scalable Business Operations workflows
  • Identify and eliminate inefficiencies in core workflows, delivering measurable improvements
  • Provide responsive support to internal customers while maintaining strong governance and consistency
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 5+ years in business operations, operations support, people operations, or a related function
  • Strong analytical and reporting capability;
    Workday reporting experience preferred
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration across departments
  • Advanced Smartsheet experience required for managing operational workflows and reporting
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Demonstrated experience in process improvement and workflow design
  • Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Power Point
  • Experience using Power BI or SQL for reporting purposes
  • Strong understanding of operational controls and governance standards
