Requirement/Must Have:
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Associate s degree in Business or related field with 3 years of customer support experience.
- Knowledge and experience using CRM systems and web portals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities effectively.
- Experience in business-to-business customer support preferred.
- General knowledge of Power Transmission and Distribution products or Power Generation systems preferred.
- Experience with SAP and Salesforce preferred.
- Experience handling order entry, tracking, and customer inquiries.
- Experience resolving customer complaints and coordinating investigations.
- Execute daily customer activities including order entry, tracking, and order management.
- Coordinate with local business units to ensure timely responses to customer inquiries.
- Quantify and resolve customer complaints and requirements with minimal supervision.
- Utilize product configuration tools, order entry systems, and business systems.
- Monitor order status and communicate on-time delivery to customers.
- Coordinate input from product groups to develop bids aligned with customer requirements.
- Manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
- Prepare proposal documents and revise contract documents as required.
- Compile data related to contract scope, terms, cost, and profitability.
- Execute change orders and support collection of overdue invoices.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
