Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Procurement Analyst based in Raleigh, NC. The Procurement Analyst will be responsible for managing purchasing processes, analyzing procurement data, negotiating contracts, and building strong relationships with vendors. Day-to-day tasks include ensuring cost-effective purchasing strategies, creating and tracking purchase orders, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet procurement objectives. The role also involves preparing detailed reports and monitoring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge and experience with Purchase Orders and Procurement
  • Proficiency in Analytical Skills for evaluating data and optimizing processes
  • Expertise in Contract Negotiation with vendors and suppliers
  • Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Proficiency in procurement software or ERP systems is a plus
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment
