Exciting Product Manager Opportunity with E-Learning Company, Solid Professor!

Be part of the tremendous growth opportunity in e-learning by joining the successful team  are looking for a driven and customer-focused Product Manager who understands that great products come from deeply understanding problems - not from quickly executing feature lists.

This Product Manager will drive the development of innovative, customer‑centric solutions within the 3D design and manufacturing sector. Embedded in a cross‑functional trio alongside a Designer and an Engineer, you will lead structured discovery initiatives, evaluate product value and viability, validate solution approaches, and deliver measurable business outcomes. Together, you will identify the problems most worth solving and bring forward solutions that create meaningful value for both customers and the business.

The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in Agile/Scrum environments, strong analytical and communication skills, and a disciplined approach to problem‑solving in a dynamic, growth‑oriented organization. If you’re energized by helping customers achieve meaningful results, collaborating cross‑functionally, and driving long‑term customer loyalty, this role offers the chance to make a real impact.

Our culture is grounded in Solid Professor’s three core values:
Being People Centric - putting people first by supporting our team members, customers, and communities;
Driving Excellence - holding ourselves and our work to the highest standards; and Stagile - proactively embracing opportunities and challenges while adapting with speed and resilience. If these values reflect how you show up each day – and you’re excited to grow your career in a fun, empowering, and successful organization – we’d love to connect with you.

What you will be doing in the Product Manager role
  • Lead continuous discovery by talking to customers weekly to understand their real needs, not just their feature requests
  • Own value and viability - ensuring solutions work for both the customers and the business
  • Work as a trio, not in sequence - collaborate daily with your Designer and Engineer to shape solutions together
  • Test assumptions before building by running small experiments to validate or invalidate ideas quickly
  • Define and track outcomes, not just outputs - measure success by impact, not shipped features
  • Demonstrate efficiency in all areas, including time management, team efforts, and driving business value
What will you need for success in this Product Manager role?
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equitable work experience)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience building and shipping customer‑facing software
  • Experience working with cross‑functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Strong data literacy, using analytics to inform decisions rather than justify them after the fact
  • Fluency in discovery practices, including customer interviews, assumption testing, and rapid experimentation
  • Experience with Amplitude, Heap, Mixpanel, Pendo, or other product analytics tools preferred
  • Experience managing a SaaS product preferred, as well as experience in the Learning Management System space
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build consensus through influence rather than authority
  • Strong organizational, problem‑solving, project management, and follow‑through abilities
  • Outstanding relationship‑building skills and enthusiasm for proactively engaging customers to identify obstacles and develop solutions that best fit their needs
  • Autonomous, detail‑oriented, and self‑driven team player who thrives while prioritizing and multitasking in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment
More reasons to join the Solid Professor team
  • Competitive Compensation Plan
  • Excellent Medical, Dental, Life Insurance, Long‑Term Disability Insurance, an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), and Wellness initiatives
  • 401(k) plan with Company Match
  • Exceptional Time‑Off Benefits, including Vacation, Paid Sick time and Holidays, your Birthday off, and an Impact & Inclusion day off of your choice, as well as Paid Parental Leave and Community Service days off!
  • Outstanding Training, Onboarding, Mentoring, and Coaching
  • Amazing growth…
