Wake Med Health & Hospitals is seeking a communications dispatcher to manage 9-1-1 and non-emergency requests for law enforcement and patient transport. You will evaluate, prioritize, and dispatch the right personnel and equipment while monitoring CAD and radio channels.
Responsibilities include maintaining situational awareness, updating logs, and performing additional duties as assigned. Flight communicator certification within a year is required.
