The Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) will be a key team member of this rapidly growing landscape services company. The successful candidate will be a hands‑on team member who will wear many hats and have a broad scope of responsibilities. This professional must be flexible and will function across multiple skills and knowledge bases as is common in a fast-paced, growing company.
The qualified candidate must be a self-starter with strong business acumen. Experience in and demonstrated ability to thrive in transformational business situations is critical.
- Ownership of communication for the community.
- Taking care of requests in a timely manner either on the spot or assisting in
- Learn the administrative and operational business model including
- understanding our approach to customer service excellence and responsiveness.
- Work closely with the Operations team and Branch Manager to identify customers
- and/or employees who need attention.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to sell ancillary services.
- Communicate regularly with the Production Specialist and/or Account Manager to
- ensure client needs and expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
- Manage service delivery to specified scope of work.
- Ensure branch financial goals are met by maintaining acceptable gross margins for
- both base contract work and ancillary services along with the Account Manager and
- Branch Manager.
- Participate in branch meetings
- Will be responsible for achieving or exceeding retention goals for the assigned book
- of business.
- Maintain the strong work ethic and positive atmosphere along with profitable growth
- of the Company, while helping employees grow in knowledge and skills.
- Train and promote the development of subordinates in the best practices of
- maintenance and company standards.
- Ensure proper paperwork is completed.
- Assist in special projects such as enhancements.
- Other tasks and duties as assigned by Account Manager and Branch Manager.
- 1+ years of previous service industry is preferred couple with a degree in landscaping, horticulture or related programs
- Detail oriented and proven track record of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, high-
- Strong service industry background is preferred.
- Positive attitude and can work cross functionally.
- Team player with a desire to promote a positive and harmonious work environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to interact with all
- levels of the organization.
- Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple projects and
- deadlines.
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently to deliver on commitments

- Strong prioritization and analytical skills
- Advance MS Office skills preferred
