Key Responsibilities

  • Help define and communicate a clear product vision aligned to business goals and market opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a data-driven product strategy and roadmap grounded in customer insight, competitive analysis, and industry trends.
  • Develop business cases and investment proposals, ensuring strategic and financial alignment.
  • Translate market, technology, and AI trends into clear product direction.
  • Engage regularly with customers to deeply understand workflows, needs, and business contexts.
  • Ensure customer value remains central to all product decisions.
  • Champion intuitive, explainable, and user‑centric product experiences, particularly for AI‑driven features.
  • Own planning and execution for complex, cross‑team initiatives, proactively identifying and removing blockers.
  • Set clear success metrics, define KPIs and OKRs, and hold the product team accountable for outcomes.
  • Drive experimentation and learning through hypothesis‑driven development.
  • Balance short‑term delivery with long‑term strategic investment.
  • Partner closely with engineering, data science, UX, marketing, sales, and legal to deliver high‑quality products.
  • Act as a trusted product and technical partner, ensuring feasibility, quality, and scalability.
  • Translate complex technical capabilities into clear, value‑focused product narratives.
  • Influence senior stakeholders through evidence, clarity, and compelling storytelling.
  • Ensure high standards of design quality, usability, and accessibility.
  • Use analytics to inform decisions, validate assumptions, and communicate performance.
  • Support and mentor other product managers, contributing to a high‑performing product organisation.

  • Delivery of AI driven product capabilities essential.

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $115,400 - $192,300. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.
