- Assess pipeline quality against role targets and recommend focus areas
- Contact participants to schedule appointments and follow up on money movement activities
- Monitor documentation quality and inform coaching activities
- Prioritize and attend on-campus events such as Counseling, Benefit Fairs, and Presentations
- Coordinate activities for moving new hires into production
- Provide logistical support for on-campus events, including materials, kits, giveaways, documentation, and attendance tracking
- Provide service support related to meeting scheduling and money movement
- No experience required
- Series 6 or 7 and Series 63 FINRA registrations indicated
- Life and Health Insurance License (Multi-state) - Multiple Issuers required within 120 days
- All licenses must be obtained within 120 days from start date
- Sedentary work
- University degree preferred
Demonstrates the ability to assess pipeline quality and coordinate logistical support for on-campus events while ensuring compliance with licensing requirements. Capable of providing service support and following up on activities related to money movement.
