DescriptionThe Deal Desk Analyst serves as a key partner to the Sales team, acting as the primary escalation point for non-standard deals. This role is critical in delivering high-quality, compliant quotes and facilitating smooth contract negotiations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate effectively across departments to streamline sales execution and improve margins.
You’llmake an impact by
- Deliver high quality, compliant quotes while managing case load efficiently to achieve customer satisfaction between the Deal Desk and the Sales team
- Partner with the Sales teams in the quote creation process.
- Ensure that appropriate amendments and documentation are associated with each quote
- Support and coordinate approvals with Legal, Finance, Tax, and Product teams.
- Identify trends, errors, and process inefficiencies; proactively recommend solutions.
- 2 years relevant experience
- At minimum an Associate’s degree is preferred, but not required
- Proficiency in Sales Force or similar CRM
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Strong analytical skills with a global perspective.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communicator with strong interpersonal and technical abilities.
- Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

- You stay organized and focused, even when managing multiple priorities
