The Deal Desk Analyst serves as a key partner to the Sales team, acting as the primary escalation point for non-standard deals. This role is critical in delivering high-quality, compliant quotes and facilitating smooth contract negotiations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate effectively across departments to streamline sales execution and improve margins.

• Deliver high quality, compliant quotes while managing case load efficiently to achieve customer satisfaction between the Deal Desk and the Sales team
• Partner with the Sales teams in the quote creation process.
• Ensure that appropriate amendments and documentation are associated with each quote
• Support and coordinate approvals with Legal, Finance, Tax, and Product teams.
• Identify trends, errors, and process inefficiencies; proactively recommend solutions.

• 2 years relevant experience
• At minimum an Associate’s degree is preferred, but not required
• Proficiency in Sales Force or similar CRM
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Strong analytical skills with a global perspective.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communicator with strong interpersonal and technical abilities.
• Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
