Labcorp is seeking a Customer Experience Intern to join our Customer Experience team located remotely (Indianapolis, Indiana).

Monday - Friday/ 40hrs per week

• Support customer experience initiatives through customer feedback analysis, reporting, and insight generation.
• Assist with customer journey mapping activities, including research, workshop preparation, and documentation.
• Help develop presentations, communications, and materials that support customer experience programs and culture initiatives.
• Analyze customer, operational, and survey data to identify trends, opportunities, and improvement recommendations.
• Support the maintenance of CX resources, SharePoint sites, dashboards, and knowledge repositories.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support projects that improve customer satisfaction and business performance

• Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, Customer Experience, Communications, Psychology, Data Analytics or a related field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in understanding customer needs and business performance.
• Ability to organize, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Interest in customer experience, human-centered design, service design, market research, or business improvement.
• Demonstrates initiative, curiosity, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Works effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
