Their innovative platform leverages advanced artificial intelligence, machine learning, and large language models to help users search, draft, summarize, analyze, and streamline complex legal workflows.

The Senior Product Manager will take end-to-end ownership of one or more product capabilities, driving ideation, development, and delivery of high-impact features that transform how professionals interact with AI-powered tools. This role will support advanced drafting, analytical, and productivity-focused AI solutions. Expertise in Transactional Law and/or Agentic AI strategy is preferred, as the team continues to expand its AI product offerings.

Responsibilities

+ Interact frequently with customers to identify needs and prioritize requirements.

+ Define and evaluate product hypotheses using quantitative methodologies, including A/B testing.

+ Support product launch plans through collaboration with customer-facing teams such as Sales and Marketing.

+ Own the content and delivery of customer enablement activities and training sessions.

+ Participate in product discovery initiatives for new product development.

+ Manage portions of the product lifecycle from concept through launch and post-release optimization.

+ Determine strategic product vision and priorities for feature areas while shaping future product direction.

+ Create product development plans, including opportunity assessments and business cases.

Additional Qualifications

+ Must have a legal background .

+ Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and lead collaborative resolution efforts.

+ Ability to interact professionally and effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

+ Experience mentoring, training, or acting as a subject matter expert.

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.

+ Strong analytical and organizational skills with experience managing multiple priorities.

+ Knowledge of product development processes, including business case development, content creation, and product planning.

+ Significant product management experience spanning conceptualization, development, launch, and post-release management.

+ Degree in a technical field or demonstrated technical expertise, combined with a law degree, paralegal certification, and/or significant legal industry experience.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Raleigh, NC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
