About The Role:
As a CBRE PM Market Ops Specialist, you will provide routine operational support and coordinate a variety of departmental and financial activities for a local market area (LMA) and its leaders.
This job is part of the Property Management job function. They are responsible for operating buildings on behalf of a client or group.
The role is onsite in Raleigh, NC USA.
What You'll Do:- Provide basic financial, logistical, and operational support to the Property Management local market area (LMA.)
- Manage database of management and leasing contract information.
- Assist with the monthly forecasting process.
- Prepare ad hoc data reports for revenue, expenses, acquisitions, transitions, and business proposals and other business metrics.
- Aid in the processing of vendor invoices, billing(s), expense reports, and accounts receivables.
- Gather and analyze data to identify and solve complex problems that arise with little or no precedent. May recommend new techniques.
- Impact's own team and other teams whose work activities are closely related.
- Suggest improvements to existing processes and solutions to improve the efficiency of the team.
