The Large Projects Sales Analyst role is within the Data Center Commercial Group under Critical Power Solution’s product marketing department. This role leads the pre-sales large project commercial reviews for large Data Center Power Distribution and 3-Phase UPS project quotations, helping to ensure profitable growth, contract risk mitigation, and alignment with business objectives. This role develops business cases and pricing strategies, evaluates contractual and commercial risks, supports customer and agent contract negotiations, and partners closely with Sales, Product Line Management, and Marketing teams to secure favorable business outcomes.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $113000 - $165000 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

Manage presales large project quotation review activities for 3-Phase UPS projects and Data Center Power Distribution products within the division marketing organization

Create business cases for large project quotations including capacity %, std and operating margin analysis, commissions analysis, competitive position, market pricing, T&C review (price escalation clauses, tariff protection, commodity protection. etc)
Reviews large project pricing where contract terms fall outside SP 25000 and advises Sales Manager and DSE on priceable items required to appropriately cover commercial and contractual risk.

Maintain and continuously update the large project quotation tool with the latest pricing, project information, customer and sales feedback, and shipment schedules. Ensure data accuracy to support demand planning, Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP), forecasting, and informed business decision-making.

Achieve volume and margin levels in accordance with Profit Plan through large project quotation review and P&L walk Maintain strong customer satisfaction for supported sales teams
