Overview

Hi! Thanks for taking the time to look through my listing. I’m a single Dad of two young kids, ages 11 and 8. Both attend charter schools in a different part of the county, so daytime logistics are busy. This means housework, meal quality, laundry and other chores don’t always get done on schedule. Live-in/full-time arrangement is potentially possible, with space and privacy available.

Any such arrangement would require clear discussion of discretion, personal space, and maintaining the overall atmosphere of the home. I am open-minded and easygoing, and I don’t respond well to pushy, bossy, or aggressive behavior.

• Provide near day-to-day/ongoing support and supervision for two school-age boys, including participation in daily routines.
• Assist with meal preparation and kitchen cleanup, dishes, laundry.
• Assist with grocery shopping and light local errands as needed.
• Occasional additional duties related to household chores and maintaining a safe, organized home environment.

• Experience with children; several years preferred but considered for capable applicants with less experience.
• Personal transportation is ideal.
• Flexible schedule; openness to part-time or full-time arrangements with adjusted hours when kids are at home.
• Discretion, respect for privacy, and the ability to maintain a calm, welcoming home environment.

Location:

Wake Forest, North Carolina. The home has an in-ground pool and a large yard; potential for live-in arrangement if discussed and agreed upon.
