Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across multiple commercial and institutional projects
• Manage crews, subcontractors, vendors, and jobsite activities
• Ensure safety, schedule adherence, and budget performance from start to finish
• Coordinate with project management, architects, inspectors, and owners
• Handle RFIs, submittals, change orders, punch lists, and daily documentation
• Mentor field teams and foster a culture of accountability and excellence

Ideal Candidate

• Proven Superintendent experience in commercial construction
• K-12 or institutional project experience is a plus
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality
• Builds strong relationships with crews, subs, and project partners
