What You’ll DoAs Superintendent, you’ll manage daily field operations while partnering closely with Project Management, subcontractors, field staff, and clients. Your responsibilities will include:
Preconstruction & Planning- Lead or participate in early planning efforts: site logistics, crisis management planning, safety plans, site rules/regulations, and Redbook documentation.
- Provide insight during proposal pursuits, interviews, and schedule/logistics strategy discussions.
- Contribute to subcontractor selection, safety planning, and scope alignment.
- Conduct and participate in detailed pre‑job walkthroughs.
- Ensure project budgets for labor, materials, and equipment are fully aligned before work begins.
- Partner with Project Management to resolve discrepancies and maintain smooth project startup.
- Support pursuit teams by evaluating upcoming project opportunities and providing field expertise.
- Participate in QA/AC page‑turn sessions to confirm alignment between design intent and field execution.
- Champion safety on‑site, uphold company and OSHA standards, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Lead with a positive, solutions‑oriented approach and model professionalism for all field personnel.
- High school diploma or GED required; construction‑related degree preferred.
- 5–8 years of construction or field experience (superintendent experience strongly preferred).
- Strong communication and leadership skills—comfortable leading crews and coordinating subcontractors.
- Tech‑savvy and confident navigating project management and construction software.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and an innovative, forward‑thinking mindset.
- OSHA 30 certification required.
- Proven track record of driving improvements, maintaining high‑quality standards, and meeting deadlines.
- Two‑or four‑year degree in Construction Management or a related field.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) abilities highly valued.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
- Detail‑oriented, collaborative, and able to maintain effective relationships across teams.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Raleigh, NC.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $140000.00/yr.
