Job Description
- Support daily field operations, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination
- Assist with site logistics, safety compliance, and quality control
- Coordinate inspections and ensure work aligns with project plans
- Track daily progress, manpower, and site conditions
- Participate in look-ahead schedules and field meetings
- Work closely with Superintendents and large project teams
- Support punch list completion and project closeout activities
The Successful Applicant
- 1-3 years of experience as an Assistant Superintendent
- (Field Engineers will be considered if experience aligns)
- Experience working on large project teams preferred
- K-12, higher education, or commercial project experience a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Strong communication skills and eagerness to grow with a fast-scaling firm
- Competitive salary range of USD 75.000 to USD 95.000 annually.
