A long standing and highly respected commercial General Contractor is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead ground-up commercial and multifamily construction projects throughout the Raleigh-Durham market.

The Superintendent will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of commercial and multifamily construction projects from sitework through completion. This individual will coordinate subcontractors, manage schedules, maintain quality standards, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

• Lead all field operations on ground-up commercial and multifamily projects
• Develop, maintain, and drive project schedules
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
• Conduct daily jobsite inspections and enforce quality standards
• Manage project logistics, sequencing, and site coordination
• Maintain a safe work environment and enforce company safety policies
• Review drawings, specifications, and construction documents
• Conduct subcontractor meetings and coordinate daily activities
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers to ensure project success
• Maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience with a commercial General Contractor
• Experience managing ground-up commercial, multifamily, or mixed-use projects
• Strong understanding of scheduling, quality control, and jobsite safety
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing multiple subcontractor trades simultaneously
• Proficiency with construction management software preferred
