Construction Superintendent
We are seeking a skilled Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage our construction projects in Raleigh. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction management, exceptional leadership skills, and a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities- Coordinate and supervise construction projects from start to finish
- Ensure quality standards are met and projects are completed on time and within budget
- Manage subcontractors and construction crew
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise
- Review and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and safety regulations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to solve problems efficiently
- Attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
