We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Estimator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a solid background in construction estimation, particularly in grading, bid documents analysis, grading plans analysis, bid preparation, proposal preparation, and specifications review.

• Analyzing grading plans and bid documents to determine project scope and requirements.
• Preparing comprehensive and accurate bids for projects, ensuring that all costs are accounted for and that bids are competitive.
• Preparing detailed proposals for clients, outlining project costs, timelines, and specifications.
• Reviewing project specifications to ensure that all requirements are met and that projects are completed to the highest standards.
• Utilizing AGTEK software to assist in the estimation process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all project aspects are considered in the estimation process.
• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and advancements, incorporating this knowledge into the estimation process.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction estimation, specifically in grading, bid documents analysis, grading plans analysis, bid preparation, proposal preparation, and specifications review.
• Proficiency in AGTEK software.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex plans and specifications.
• Strong numerical skills, with the ability to prepare accurate and detailed bids and proposals.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information to clients and other stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• A proactive approach, with the ability to anticipate potential issues and devise solutions.
• A thorough understanding of the construction industry and current trends.
• Degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
