This is a full-time opportunity in Raleigh, NC, with a typical schedule of Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM. Hours may vary based on workload, weather, or operational needs; occasional Saturdays may be required.
As a Stormwater Construction and Repair Foreman, you will lead skilled crews to execute stormwater repair projects across residential and commercial sites. You will supervise and train your team, delegate tasks to ensure project objectives are met efficiently and safely, and work hands‑on with operations, performing erosion and pipe repairs, dredging, sediment removal, grading, mowing, planting, and operating equipment such as skid steers, excavators, mini‑excavators, and slope mowers.
You will read and interpret construction drawings, planting plans, and surveys, and use technology to submit detailed service reports and track project hours and material costs. Maintaining tools and documenting expenses will be part of your routine, ensuring seamless execution, quality workmanship, and compliance on every project.

Qualifications- Experience in landscaping, stormwater management, or the aquatic industry, specifically related to construction/enhancement projects.
- Proficiency in operating construction equipment (track loaders, excavators, dozers, etc.).
- Effective communication and team management skills.
- Clean driving record and willingness to travel between job sites in a company vehicle.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Commitment to safety, problem-solving, and innovative thinking.
Must be able to pass a background check and a drug test.
