Salary: $100,000 - $115,000 per year
Job Details Experience & Knowledge- 15 to 25 years of professional experience in construction contract administration.
- Deep understanding of construction documents and contracts.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, materials, and assemblies.
- Familiarity with construction contracts and their administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- CSI Certified Construction Contract Administrator (preferred).
- Experience with Revit, CAD, and Bluebeam (a plus).
- Ability and willingness to travel throughout North Carolina and South Carolina.
- Capability to meet physical demands on active construction sites.
- Comfortable with on-site work: wearing a hard hat, boots on the ground, working closely with contractors.
- Highly motivated and driven, with strong collaboration skills.
- Ability to maintain the firm’s reputation through excellent construction oversight and teamwork.
- Balance of hands‑on site presence and administrative skillset.
