Assistant Superintendent - Multifamily

Title: Assistant Construction Superintendent - Multifamily ground-up projects

We are working with an award-winning multifamily construction company in Raleigh. They are looking to staff their upcoming ground-up podium project (400+ units) with an Assistant Superintendent looking to take on big projects.

We are a highly accomplished national Builder/Developer with a speciality in multifamily construction. We have projects in 5 states and over 100 projects in our portfolio. Award-winning team and a well-known name in the market.

• Oversee the management of safety of the project, ensuring that all safety measures are implemented daily.
• Oversee the management of the SWPPP program, ensuring that all SWPPP procedures are followed daily.
• Ensure that all project goals are met.
• Generate all schedules assigned by the Superintendent in written form.
• Ensure all photo documentation is being taken, labeled, and recorded into Procore daily by team members.
• Create, monitor, and retrieve responses to RFI’s.
• Closeout Projects

• High school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor’s degree in construction or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of construction experience with at least one year of supervisory experience.
• A minimum of two years of multi-family construction experience is required.

The annual salary for this position is between $110,000 – $160,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
