- Demonstrated experience with OSHA, NFPA, NEC standards for General Industry and Construction.
- Demonstrated experience with federal and state standard practices, materials, and processes of construction site safety.
- Demonstrated experience with general industry and construction safety programs on residential, commercial, or institutional construction projects.
- Certified to conduct OSHA 10-Hour AND/OR 30-Hour Construction and General Industry Awareness Training.
Salary Range: $58,613-$102,574

The Division of Engineering, Construction, and Maintenance (DECM) serves as the NCDAC Capital Project Coordinator (CPC) and is tasked with coordinating all capital improvement, new construction, renovation, and repair projects with the State Construction Office (SCO). DECM also acts as the DAC representative on matters involving the State Property Office and State Building Commission.

This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) The work schedule is Monday – Thursday 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM.
