Coordinate and manage the scheduling, logistics, and communication for all signage installations to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with company and client expectations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Schedule and coordinate installation crews for local and out-of-town projects.
- Communicate installation timelines and requirements with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Review project scopes, site surveys, and work orders to ensure proper planning.
- Coordinate equipment, materials, permits, and subcontractors as required.
- Track installation progress and provide status updates to management and sales teams.
- Ensure all required documentation (permits, COIs, photos, completion forms) is obtained and filed.
- Address scheduling conflicts and resolve logistical challenges promptly.
- Maintain organized installation calendars and workflow systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and job site requirements.
- Support post-installation follow-up and closeout documentation.
To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following:
- 2–5+ years of experience in project coordination, construction coordination, or operations support preferred.
- Signage or construction industry experience strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and scheduling systems.
- Ability to read and interpret work orders and basic construction drawings.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
