Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates and bids for projects using ISQFT bid management software.
  • Conduct comprehensive budget analysis to ensure projects are financially viable and profitable.
  • Track and manage RFI (Requests for Information) throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Negotiate contracts with subcontractors, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standard.
  • Utilize Bluebeam and Viewpoint software to effectively manage projects and streamline processes.
  • Perform take-offs to determine the materials, labor, and equipment needed for projects.
  • Ensure all projects comply with safety regulations and building codes.
  • Manage project close‑out, including finalizing contracts and resolving any remaining issues.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, specifically in a project management or estimator role.
  • Proven experience with contract management, site work, and construction services.
  • Experience working on commercial projects, including hospitals, retail, government buildings, and restoration projects.
  • Proficient in using Bluebeam, Viewpoint, and ISQFT bid management software.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a proven track record of successfully negotiating with subcontractors.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform budget analysis and manage project finances.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Knowledge of construction safety regulations and building codes.

They will also be responsible for preparing and submitting bids, negotiating with subcontractors, and managing contracts. This is a full‑time, permanent position requiring a minimum of five years of experience in the construction industry.
