- Be a visible client partner – Build strong relationships and help deliver exceptional experiences
- Guide construction phases – Review shop drawings, respond to RFIs, and ensure design intent is achieved
- Get in the field – Conduct site visits to inform design and observe progress
- Mentor the next generation – Support and develop junior engineers
- Balance variety – Manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced, engaging environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Structural focus)

- Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing attention to detail
- Passion for mentoring and growing others
- Experience across new construction, adaptive reuse, or infrastructure projects
- Creative problem‑solver who enjoys thinking beyond the standard approach
- Comfort in a hands‑on, high‑ownership environment
- Strong client relationship skills and a service‑oriented mindset
- High visibility, real impact – Your work won’t get lost in layers of bureaucracy
- Growth‑focused environment – Clear path to expand leadership and technical influence
- Collaborative, tight‑knit team – Work alongside experienced engineers who chose quality over corporate scale
- Variety of interesting projects – No two days (or projects) look the same
- Modern office in Raleigh – Convenient North Hills/Falls of Neuse location
Pay range: $90,000 – $120,000/yr.
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance
- 401(k) with employer match
