Estimator - Retaining Wall Systems
Location:
Raleigh, NC | In Office M-F 8-5
Our client is looking for an experienced Estimator to develop accurate cost estimates for site retaining wall projects.
Responsibilities- Prepare detailed cost estimates for site retaining wall projects
- Review civil plans, specifications, and site conditions to develop accurate bids
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to align estimates with design intent
- Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing
- Track and maintain bid documentation and estimating records
- Support proposal development and client presentations as needed
- Experience in estimating for retaining walls
- Ability to read and interpret civil grading plans and construction documents
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
