Traveling Superintendent - Hotel Construction

Job Details

Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 per year.

Location:

Florida (East Coast travel required).

Company: A well‑established general contractor specializing in hotel construction, including Wood Spring Suites, Home2 Suites, Extended Stay America and more.

• Experience as a Superintendent at a general contractor.
• Experience with hospitality, multifamily, or assisted living construction.
• Experience with ground‑up construction.
• Procore experience.
• Ability to travel throughout the East Coast.
