Aggregate Group, LLC is seeking a Concrete Foreman to lead crews, plan daily work, and ensure safety, quality, and productivity on our projects. This role owns field execution and is accountable for crew performance, jobsite safety, concrete quality, and labor efficiency.
Responsibilities include communicating daily plans, coordinating scheduling, reading blueprints and specs, and using company tools. Travel as needed and maintain site reporting and timekeeping.
