You will be working for a regional contractor that specializes in Water/Wastewater treatment, pumpstations/lifts construction.
The team size is upwards of 400 people. They are a fully retained team meaning you won't be in a position of replacing anyone. Meaning...You won't be doing work you don't need to.
You'll be responsible for:
- Managing the full lifecycle of water and wastewater construction projects
- Developing and maintaining project budgets, schedules, and forecasts
- Leading project teams including Superintendents, Project Engineers, and subcontractors
- Managing contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and procurement
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with owners, engineers, and key stakeholders
- Identifying project risks and implementing solutions to keep projects on track
- Ensuring projects meet safety, quality, and financial objectives
