Salary: $85,000-$125,000 base

• Opportunity to work on both CMAR and Design-Build projects

• $85,000-$125,000 base salary (DOE)
• Company vehicle or vehicle allowance
• Performance bonus

• 1-5 years' experience in estimating or preconstruction with a Commercial General Contractor
• Experience estimating CMAR and/or Design-Build commercial construction projects
  
  Experience working on K-12, Higher Education, Government and/or Healthcare projects
• Experience using Procore, Sage Accounting, and On-Screen Takeoff preferred
• Stable employment history demonstrating career progression
• Team player who enjoys working in a collaborative, family-oriented environment
