Raleigh, NC Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site | Contract-to-Hire Pay $39.00–$45.00 per hour + Opportunity for Permanent Employment Join One of the Fastest-Growing Sectors in Construction We're hiring two experienced Construction Project Coordinators to support active mission-critical and data center construction projects in Raleigh, NC. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping projects organized, supporting Project Managers, coordinating subcontractors, and making sure every moving piece stays on schedule.

If you've worked in commercial or data center construction and know how to keep projects running efficiently, we'd like to speak with you.

What You'll Do

  • Support Project Managers throughout all phases of construction
  • Track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
  • Maintain project schedules and identify potential delays
  • Attend project meetings and distribute meeting minutes
  • Assist with budgeting, reporting, and project closeout documentation

Requirements What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of Construction Project Coordinator experience
  • Commercial construction experience required
  • Data center or mission-critical experience preferred
  • Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar software
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Preferred OSHA 10 Construction Management degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience supporting MEP or mission-critical construction projects
