The Purchasing Manager is responsible for contracting necessary trades and vendors to construct homes at competitive prices and quality. This role will negotiate pricing, create accurate estimates, and submit bids to potential vendors for new projects.
RequirementsAt least 3 years of local, residential experience is preferred in this role. The Purchasing Manager must be a team player with the aptitude for multi-tasking, meeting deadlines and building relationships with team members, vendors and customers.
